OUR FEES: We generally charge by the hour for most services depending on the type of service being requested, location of the job, and the number of hours being requested. We offer free estimates and an exact quote for your specific request.
*Some services such as event planning and office organization may be charged as a flat vs hourly rate.
Personal Assisting: We offer personal assisting services for people of all ages. Very broadly, our services include: Home organization, Calendar management, Budget assistance, Home office tasks, Bill paying, Banking, Travel planning, Scheduling, Assisting with rental properties, Working with contractors, Writing services (Email correspondences, Letter writing), Event planning and assistance, Host/Hostess services, Pet care, Medication pick up, Errands, Transportation, Grocery shopping, Meal delivery, and More…
Personal Assisting for Elderly: We are NOT a caregiving service and do not help people who are in need of medical assistance. WE DO OFFER a wonderful "in-between" service for elderly clients who do not need a caregiver but would benefit from having daily or weekly assistance. Our services include: light meal preparation, light housework (laundry, making the bed, doing dishes), grocery shopping, appointment scheduling, companionship, errand services with or without the client, taking the client on outings, bill paying, office help, and more... *We do not have contracts and are available as needed. Our minimum is 2-hrs.
Home/Office Organization and Decorating: We specialize in home organization. From helping get your files organized to organizing every room in your house, we are Here For You... We believe being organized can help you stay on top of your daily routine as well as bring a sense of calm to your life. And, we can help you add that personal touch to your space with our home decorating services.
Personal Office Assistance: We can help you schedule appointments, send emails and faxes, plan your vacation, file your insurance claims, make bill payments, assist with budgeting, and handle day to day or monthly tasks so that you have time to take care of the more important things in your life.
Event Planning and Wedding Event Hosting Services: We offer party planning services for all occasions. We are also available to serve as your host/hostess on the day of your event so that you can relax and leave the details to us. We do not offer wedding planning but are available to serve as personal assistants to you throughout your planning and as host/hostesses on your wedding day.
Errands and Driving Services: We are available to help with grocery shopping, medication pick up and delivery, dry cleaning drop off and pick up, mail services, meal delivery, and more. Driving services offered include but are not limited to: appointments, airport drop off and pick up, and grocery shopping trips.
Miscellaneous Services Not Listed Above: We are also available to help with house sitting and light gardening. *We do not offer any childcare services.
